(A) If you have ordered a physical print this will be dispatched in a trapezium-shaped box. The print will be enclosed in a sealed, see-through, protective sleeve. Returns:- All prints are sold on a 30-day returns basis. However, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the return postage. The print must be returned in the original packing. If the security seal is broken a refund will not be given.
(B) If you have ordered a digital download **Digital Download Only No Physical Product will be dispatched.
On the Purchase of a Digital Download: Full Payment is required before the download link will be supplied to you. The download will consist of jpeg and files, plus and advice file on how to mount your new print (All as stated in the listing). Large files will be sent as a zip file. This will arrive in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. We have an instant download function, downloads happen on the same working day, usually in seconds. In the event that a delay may happen, for example holidays, weekends, power failures etc. Rest assured we are here to help, if we can. Credit is not required for using the image on social media or websites.
Refund Policy UK Law: British Consumer Law allows for refunds or exchanges for faulty goods or services, but due to the Digital Product's accessibility upon purchase, refunds or fees paid for change of mind are not permitted.
Intellectual Property: We hold the copyright, Charlie Poole Art & Photography, for the Digital Image in its original form, and if it is shared or used for commercial purposes, we may claim compensation for such unauthorised use.
Liability: We strive to ensure the accuracy and fitness of the Digital Product for download, but we cannot guarantee its suitability for your intended purpose or provide a warranty. In no event shall Charlie Poole Art & Photography be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the digital downloads, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or defects in the downloaded product. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Charlie Poole Art & Photography has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of Charlie Poole Art & Photography for any claim arising out of or relating to these digital downloads shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific digital download giving rise to the claim.
