(A) If you have ordered a physical print this will be dispatched in a trapezium-shaped box. The print will be enclosed in a sealed, see-through, protective sleeve. Returns:- All prints are sold on a 30-day returns basis. However, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the return postage. The print must be returned in the original packing. If the security seal is broken a refund will not be given.
(B) If you have ordered a digital download **Digital Download Only No Physical Product will be dispatched. This image or images is (are) subject to copyright. The download will be dispatched upon payment, direct to your e-mail address, it will be a single ZIP File.
The contents will include:- one JPEG File size A3, one JPEG File size SRA3, one PDF File Size A3, One PDF File Size SRA3. Total 4 image files. (Unless otherwise stated)
Plus one generic PDF File – This contains the Copyright & Download Information and How to Mount Your Print.
